Controlled release formulation of pesticides is highly desirable for attaining the most effective utilization of the pesticide as well as reducing environmental pollution. Nano-sized controlled release formulations can provide better penetration through cuticle and deliver the active ingredients efficiently to the targeted tissue. In this study, a novel strategy for the preparation of a nanoconjugate derived from kasugamycin with amino-modified silica was developed. The kasugamycin was connected with amino-modified silica matrix by an amide bond, which could avoid the initial burst release effectively and prolong the duration remarkably. The results showed the kasuga-silica can protect kasugamycin against photo-degradation effectively and the release rate of the active ingredient of nanoconjugate was related to the temperature, pH value, and the particle size (52.5–315.4 nm). With reduced particle size as well as increased temperature and acidity, the release of the active ingredient was faster. This amide linkage of kasuga-silica could be degraded by amidase effectively. This nanoconjugate displayed a better and a sustained bactericidal efficacy against E. coli than kasugamycin technical, which makes it a potential candidate as a controlled release conjugate for kasugamycin in the future.  相似文献

A new approach for the diastereoselective synthesis of (±)-α-noscapine, a phthalide tetrahydroisoquinoline alkaloid exhibiting several biological activities, is described. The strategy features a blocking group-directed Bischler-Napieralski reaction followed by diastereoselective reduction (α/β>23:1). One of the key intermediates, phthalide-3-carboxylic acid, could be efficiently prepared from simple benzoic acid derivative and glyoxylic acid in one-pot.  相似文献

This study proposed a novel technology, which uses exposed technology with ultraviolet light‐emitting‐diode (UV‐LED) arrays and the polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) magnetic flexible soft mold imprint technology, to develop exposed equipments with UV‐LED arrays. This study used magnetic soft mold imprint technology to replicate the structure of microlens, providing a more effective alternative for imprint technology and application. The measurement results showed that PDMS with magnetic iron powder can precisely cast mold to replicate the structures of microlens. Electromagnetic plates were used to control even imprinting with magnetic force, in order to fill the mold of micro‐structure of the photo‐resist. Magnetic iron powder was added to PDMS to produce composite material, which can effectively avoid the transformation of pure PDMS during soft mold imprinting, and increase mechanical strength. Magnetic PDMS soft mold is easy to make, and the casting time is short, so that costs can be effectively reduced. Also with advantages of less free energy on its surface, and unlikely to adhere to the photo‐resist during imprinting, it can be combined with electromagnetic plates evenly to control the magnetic soft mold. By using light sensors of the cellphone, we build a simple photometer which can be used in quantitative analysis experiments. We have performed 5 replicate measurements of iron with phenanthroline to verify reproducibility and stability. We find the absorbance of the sample has a good linear relationship with the concentrations of iron with a R2 value around 0.999 and the RSD of 2.81%. The result is 4.94 μg·mL-1 with spectrophotometer and 5.11 μg·mL-1 with our photometer. The photometer is simple, convenient, accurate and realistic by using a phone as detector, which can replace the traditional spectrophotometer in the laboratory class. The students can enhance their understanding of the structure and principle of spectrophotometer by the DIY photometer experiment.  相似文献

We prepared hyper-oxidized graphene (HOG) as a form of graphene derivative by additional oxidation of graphene oxide (GO) sheets. HOG, which formed more functional groups and isolated conjugated clusters on the sheets, accordingly showed high solubility in water and alcohols, high transmittance and film transparence, longer fluorescence decay constant time, and enhanced fluorescence in states of solution and solid. By contrast, GO has much weaker fluorescence in solution and its fluorescence is totally quenched in solid. The influences of concentration, metallic ions, and pH on HOG fluorescence in aqueous solution were also investigated in detail. Due to HOG’s strong fluorescence, direct visualization was realized on substrates and in solution. In addition, direct 3D fluorescence visualizations of HOG phase in polymer composites were achieved. These results show the great potential of HOG in a broad range of applications, from biological labeling, probes, and drug carriers to high-performance composites and nanomanipulation.  相似文献

Azo compounds are widely used in dyes, pigments, blowing agents, and initiators. Unfortunately, these compounds contain the bivalent –N–N– composition which might be cleavaged readily even under high ambient temperature. The self-accelerating decomposition might cause a runaway reaction and lead to a fire or explosion when the cooling system fails or other upsets occur. To investigate the thermal stability parameters of 2,2′-azobis(isobutyronitrile) with thermal hazard and mechanism, differential scanning calorimetry and thermal activity monitor III were applied with non-isothermal method and isothermal method to obtain onset temperature (T 0), maximum temperature (T max), and heat of decomposition (ΔH d). Thermal stability parameters play a pivotal role in thermal analysis, leading particularly to complex evaluation of the inherently safer design during preparation, processing, transport, or storage. The results provide sufficient thermokinetic parameters for process safety in terms of proactive loss prevention program.  相似文献

Extensive study of the electronic structure of Fe‐NO complexes using a variety of spectroscopic methods was attempted to understand how iron controls the binding and release of nitric oxide. The comparable energy levels of NO π* orbitals and Fe 3d orbitals complicate the bonding interaction within Fe? NO complexes and puzzle the quantitative assignment of NO oxidation state. Enemark–Feltham notation, {Fe(NO)x}n, was devised to circumvent this puzzle. This 40‐year puzzle is revisited using valence‐to‐core X‐ray emission spectroscopy (V2C XES) in combination with computational study. DFT calculation establishes a linear relationship between ΔEσ2s*‐σ2p of NO and its oxidation state. V2C Fe XES study of Fe? NO complexes reveals the ΔEσ2s*‐σ2p of NO derived from NO σ2s*/σ2p→Fe1s transitions and determines NO oxidation state in Fe? NO complexes. Quantitative assignment of NO oxidation state will correlate the feasible redox process of nitric oxide and Fe‐nitrosylation biology.  相似文献
